30-Day Guarantee

Not happy with your MELY brush? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The brush must be unused and in its original packaging. We can’t accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.

How It Works

1. Email us at itsmely.me@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours

3. Ship the item back return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your brush arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund no return shipping cost to you.

Refund Method

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take a few extra days depending on your bank.
